Jen Lennon

Well I have been documenting all my old sketchbooks and the urge to make portrait drawings has resurfaced! Go figure huh. So a couple of days ago I bought a new sketchbook and some drawing inks, and now I am trying to sketch again. It feels quite rusty, but fun nevertheless.

This is meant to be a portrait of Jen. We think it looks more like John Lennon:




And this is supposed to resemble Simone:



The thing is, Simone does not have a big black birthmark on her face. Nor does she usually wear red lipstick. However at least now she does not look entirely like a man.
Sorry girls, please let me try again and hopefully I can make something more feminine!
